Hulme Walfield and Somerford Booths Parish Council has recognised the wish for memorial plaques within the Parish and now have a policy and application form for anyone who would like to dedicate a bench or tree to a loved one. The plaque can have up to four lines of text, allowing for an individuals name, year of birth and death and a small message to be included.
To allow spouses, siblings, or other close familial relations to be honoured together, the Council is happy to allow up to two plaques to be installed on each bench.
